The Process, Start to Finish

Cookie Gluck can jump into a project at any stage of development. Some clients arrive with mascot-ready characters, samples and graphics. Others have a script or event that needs specific visual effects. Some bring concepts, specs and reference materials; while others have a mandate and no idea what's possible or how it can be done.

To kickstart each project, Cookie prepares drawings and samples as required for agreement on how exactly the product will look and function. Materials are revised and elaborated until everyone is on board. Following design approval, Designer supervises production at her own extensive shop facilities. She keeps clients abreast of work in progress, and promptly makes the necessary adjustments.

The finished work is impeccably crafted, ingeniously constructed and invariably comes out looking just like the approved drawing. Clients often exclaim it's even better than they ever imagined!
